Artykuł opisuje badania jakie zostały przeprowadzone na projektach preinkubowanych i firmach inkubowanych. Celem badań było ustalenie kim są osoby prowadzące projekty preinkubowane i firmy inkubowane. Cel ten ma uzasadnienie ze względu na fakt, iż usługa preinkubacji i usługa inkubacji, jak każda inna, wymaga określenie grupy docelowej - w tym konkretnym przypadku beneficjentów usługi. Badania określały cechy wykształcenia, osobowe, oraz poglądy na przyszłość beneficjentów usługi preinkubacji i inkubacji.(fragment tekstu)

This following article will discuss the current figure of a young entrepreneur. Figure will be described based on the tests. Research involved companies and projects participating in the process of incubation from Poznan district. Description of profiles took into account characterize who they are and what features have young entrepreneurs participating in the preincubation and incubation. Furthermore, it will be presented their future expectations, the way they perceive the development of their activities, opportunities and objectives that they put before themselves. This article presents a description of what the pre-incubation and incubation is and what dependencies exist between these services.(original abstract)
