Przewozy skroplonego gazu ziemnego (LNG) drogą morską to rynek specjalistyczny, zamknięty, charakteryzujący się kilkoma bardzo ważnymi cechami. Jest to rynek typu "projekt", dla którego nie ma otwartego, konkurencyjnego rynku usług przewozowych. Jest on bezpośrednio i całkowicie kontrolowany przez gestorów ładunku. Na obecnym etapie rozwoju praktycznie brakuje operatorów ładunków LNG. Jest to również rynek umów długookresowych - standardowa umowa jest podpisywana na 15-20 lat. Z punktu widzenia liczby dostępnych opcji przewozowych (ograniczona liczba terminali za- i wyładunkowych) jest to rynek zamknięty. Oprócz tego bardzo kapitałochłonny - bariera kapitału, i o wysokiej specjalizacji - bariera wiedzy.(fragment tekstu)
Th e Baltic Sea has great economic and social signifi cance for the countries of the Baltic Sea Region, hence the need for eff ective and environmentally friendly management of its resources. One of the traditional and most essential functions of that reservoir is fi sheries. Th is article describes the nature of sustainable fi sheries, and the process of creating conditions for their achievement in the Baltic Sea. Particular attention is paid here to the Polish fi sheries in the Baltic Sea and the changes that took place in them in the fi rst years of Poland's membership in the European Union.
