Abstrakty
Celem dociekań, których wyniki zaprezentowano w artykule, była ewaluacja badań nad zrównoważonym społeczeństwem informacyjnym. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono przesłanki rozwoju zrównoważonego społeczeństwa informacyjnego, a następnie zaproponowano jego ujęcie definicyjne. W drugiej części zaprezentowano wyniki analizy bibliometrycznej publikacji naukowych indeksowanych w takich bazach danych, jak: Ebsco, Elsevier, IC M Web of Knowledge, OEC D, ProQuest i Scopus oraz analizy jakościowej tych publikacji, a także publikacji nieindeksowanych w wymienionych bazach. Artykuł kończy ocena badań dotyczących zrównoważonego społeczeństwa informacyjnego, konkluzje oraz wskazanie kierunków dalszych penetracji badawczych. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the research on the sustainable information society. Firstly, the paper explains the reasons for developing sustainable information society and the essence of the sustainable information society is presented. Secondly, bibliometric analysis and critical literature analysis for the exploration of the research on the sustainable information society are shown. Thirdly, the state of research on the sustainable information society is diagnosed. The paper concludes with some practical and academic recommendations. (original abstract)
