Network Externalities and "Customer Lock-In" Effect and Customer Loyalty in E-Business
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
(fragment tekstu)

One is a "customer lock-in" effect related with increased switching costs. Second are the network externalities resulting from a relation between the number of present and future users. The article presents results of research on loyalty, network externalities and "lock-in" effect in social networks, internet auctions and internet communicators. (original abstract)
