Abstrakty

Na początku artykułu omówiono międzynarodowy rozwój prawa karnego dla nieletnich. Następnie przedstawiono warunki ramowe prawa karnego dla nieletnich w prawie międzynarodowym. Scharakteryzowano politykę kryminalną wobec nieletnich w latach 60. i 70. XX wieku - dekryminalizację, pozasądowe rozwiązywanie spraw oraz szukanie alternatyw dla kary pozbawienia wolności. Na koniec opisano rolę polityki prewencyjnej i policji.
