Abstrakty
Nowa forma komunikacji nieformalnej - e-WOM (electronic word-ofmouth) - powstała wraz z pojawieniem się Internetu, a pierwsze wzmianki w literaturze przedmiotu na ten temat pojawiły się w 1996 roku. Korzystając z sieci, jej użytkownicy mogli publikować opinie, dzielić się swoimi pomysłami i spostrzeżeniami, także na temat produktów i usług. Znaczenie e-WOM wzrosło wraz z rozpowszechnieniem się Internetu. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie form komunikacji nieformalnej występujących w Internecie oraz motywów zaangażowania w te formy, a także znaczenia tego typu komunikacji dla przedsiębiorstw i ich działań marketingowych.(fragment tekstu)
Using the internet for shopping, information gathering and entertainment purposes has changed not only the ways that WOM can be studied but also the very nature of the phenomenon. The present paper aims to investigate the forms of eWOM communication, its motives and importance.(original abstract)
