Abstrakty

Increasingly rapidly occurring changes in the economy and increasing globalization by causing the companies need to look for unique solutions to achieve sustainable success. One way to achieve this objective is to establish cooperation between the entities. There are many criteria for the distribution of cooperation. The most common co-operation is divided into horizontal and vertical. The opportunistic behavior are especially vulnerable users of horizontal cooperation. The issue of opportunistic behavior has been discussed in depth in the theory of transaction costs and other institutional theories. The person who introduced the concept of the study was O.E. Williamson. Key to reducing opportunistic behavior in the context of cooperation is to introduce operational management area, which includes formal and social control mechanisms. Note, however, that Williamson overestimate the role of opportunistic behavior. Aim of Article is explanation of opportunistic behavior. The Hypothesis in the article is the contention: Choice of the management structure in enterprise is not depends only on opportunistic behaviors.(original abstract)
