Abstrakty

Celem pracy jest omówienie kapitału intelektualnego jako istotnego komponentu gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, w której to akumulacja kapitału intelektualnego stanowi źródło rozwoju gospodarczego. W pierwszej części pracy są przedstawiane elementy kapitału intelektualnego, w podziale na jego główne rodzaje. Drugą część poświecono wybranym problemom związanym z szacowaniem wartości kapitału intelektualnego. W ostatniej części skupiono się na działaniach podejmowanych przez państwo w gospodarce opartej na wiedzy, która stara się rozwijać kapitał intelektualny.(fragment tekstu)

The aim of this paper is a discussion of intellectual capital as an essential component of the knowledge economy, in which the accumulation of intellectual capital is a source of economic development. In the first part of the work are presented the main types of intellectual capital. The second part is devoted to selected problems in estimating the value of intellectual capital. Last part focuses on the actions taken by the state of the knowledge economy, which is trying to develop intellectual capital.(original abstract)
