Omówiono zagadnienie strategii offshoringowej oraz scharakteryzowano jej rodzaje.

The purpose of this publication is presenting different kind of offshoring strategies. The publication indicates offshoring's benefits and negative effects for companies. Generally the companies that use offshoring, cut their costs and improve the quality. Moreover, offshoring helps the companies to change the economic activities to greater productivity and higher added value. However it is commonplace to overestimate the advantages of offshoring and forget the risk factors behind it. Like all other activities this also involves risk. That's why it is important for managers to identify the risks access them and develop methods to overcome them. (original abstract)
