Financial Aspects of Innovative Development at Local Level

In the article, the basic problems of financing innovation development in the Ukrainian regions were highlighted, and types of financial resources that can promote innovations were discussed. The reasons for low financial activity and insufficient budget funding for innovation were found. Due to a limited budget for innovation development at the local level, the functions of local authorities were reviewed and their role in the financing of innovations and their subsequent implementation were determined. Indirect methods of influencing the process of financing innovation were proposed.(original abstract)

Finansowe aspekty rozwoju innowacyjnej gospodarki na poziomie lokalnym W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe problemy i źródła finansowania rozwoju innowacji na poziomie lokalnym. Autorka podaje przyczyny niskiej aktywności władz lokalnych we wspieraniu rozwoju innowacji, wymienia i charakteryzuje funkcje władz lokalnych w tym zakresie oraz przedstawia propozycje dotyczące pośrednich form i metod finansowania innowacji.
