The Libra of issues associated with functioning in Poland is confirming the market of the leasing multi-layered character of appearing problems. It requires the economic policy thought over, cohesive of you, as well as consistent eliminating barriers on the part of creators of the economic life. A stability of regulations being in effect which one should constantly take into account while implementing changes is a crucial factor stimulating the development of leasing trades. These changes are too often implemented in the ill-considered way and they result from uncritical accepting market signals without the proper verification. Such a verification should take into account the specificity and expectations of entrepreneurs, signals on the part of leasing companies, as well as the situation on the market financial, stimulated to a large extent by happening changes in the economy.
