Przedmiotem publikacji są skomplikowane zagadnienia dotyczące działalności policji podczas wykonywania czynności egzekucyjnych przez komornika sądowego. Artykuł obrazuje rozwiązania normatywne określające sposób i tryb udzielania pomocy przez organy Policji przy wykonywaniu czynności egzekucyjnych, ustawowe kompetencje i środki przymusu, w które wyposażony został sądowy organ egzekucyjny, oraz praktyczne kwestie związane z przypadkami udzielenia pomocy przez organy policji przy wykonywaniu czynności egzekucyjnych.

The present article raises complex contemporary issues concerning police activity when realizing the enforcement actions by the bailiff. It shows, therefore, primarily the issue of forced execution writs of execution, defined by what means of coercion has bailiff, as a body pursuing an execution, as well as pointed out that police operations are performed during the execution of a bailiff, and what is their legal nature. Due to the fact that the activity of the police, and especially its officers authorized to carry out tasks delegated by the bailiff in the course of enforcement may take the form of both assists as help, so separately each of these forms the subject of the relevant discussion. These considerations were brought to the analysis of normative acts of different rank, primarily the Act of 17 November 1964. Code of Civil Procedure, the Act of 29 August 1997. Of Bailiffs and Enforcement and Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated January 28, 2002 r. on aid or assist the bailiff by the Police or the Border Guard in carrying out enforcement actions governing the issue raised. The discussion also cites the views and positions expressed on the basis of the doctrine of scientific literature on the subject. Besides the title issue exemplified the professional practice acting Court Enforcement Officer of the District Court for Łódź-Widzew Lodz. (original abstract)
