Abstrakty

Zależność między sferą społeczną a możliwościami rozwojowymi danego państwa sprawiła, że coraz więcej organizacji międzynarodowych w krąg swego oddziaływania i zainteresowania włącza problemy społeczne i poszukuje dróg ich rozwiązania. Przykładem tego typu aktywności może być chociażby Deklaracja Milenijna ONZ przyjęta w trakcie 55 sesji Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Narodów Zjednoczonych we wrześniu 2000 roku, w której sformułowanych zostało osiem celów milenijnych (Millennium Development Goals - MDGs) stanowiących w istocie zobowiązanie społeczności międzynarodowej do redukcji ubóstwa i głodu, zapewnienia równego statusu kobiet i mężczyzn, poprawy stanu zdrowia, poprawy stanu edukacji, walki z AIDS, ochrony środowiska naturalnego, a także zbudowania globalnego partnerstwa między narodami na rzecz rozwoju. Globalization is a symbol of contemporary world both in the business world, as well as social. However the difference relies on it, that in the first aspect is more often shown to his positive dimension, treats as a the possibility of growth and eliminating disproportion; in second - they definitely more often point at elements disadvantageous and worrying, constituting the essential barrier of the development. Relation between the social sphere social and development potential of the state, caused that more and more international organizations all round are including their influence and the interest on social problems. An example of such activity can be the millennium declaration adopted by the UN in September 2000, in which eight millenium development goals was formulated, concerning on the reduction in the poverty and hunger, providing the equal status of women and men, improvements the healthcare and tha level of education, fights around AIDS, protections of the natural environment, as well as building the global partnership among nations for the development.
