Abstrakty

Proces akcesyjny do WTO jest kompleksowy, długi i trudny dla wielu krajów. Nadal 43 państwa nie należą do tej z założenia uniwersalnej organizacji. Przebieg procesu akcesyjnego ukazuje pewną strukturalną słabość systemu WTO, który wymaga usprawnienia, tak aby wynik i czas trwania były przewidywalne. (abstrakt oryginalny)

WTO Members stress their commitment to making WTO a universal organization including all governments. Actually there are still 43 countries outside what partly results from lengthy and controversial negotiations accompanying the accession. The accession process is designed to ensure that new members emerge as full and effective players of the WTO system, but it requires a lot of improvement to become more efficient.
