Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano podstawy teoretyczne i główne założenia koncepcji triumwiratu ról zarządczych. Koncepcja powstała w efekcie studiów przypadków, doświadczeń doradczych oraz szerokich studiów literaturowych i została w artykule przedstawiona z perspektywy odnowy i rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Based on case studies, consulting experiences and extensive literature studies, the article briefly presents theoretical foundations and basic assumptions of the concept of so-called triumvirate of management roles. The triumvirate, differently from its historical origins, does not consist so much of three people, as of three management archetypes: entrepreneurial, leadership and managerial (administrative). The concept is explained from the enterprise renewal and development perspective.(original abstract)
