We współczesnych warunkach funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw rozwój przywództwa staje się kluczowym elementem przewagi konkurencyjnej. Aspekt ten przekłada się na wzrost zainteresowania praktykami związanymi z rozwojem przywódców w przedsiębiorstwach. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie uwarunkowań związanych z rozwojem przywództwa we współczesnych przedsiębiorstwach.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Leadership development has become a key strategic issue for organizations in the current business environment. This aspect creates interests in leadership development practices. The purpose of this paper is to present the dimensions of leaders development in an enterprise. The presented considerations are based on the literature study.(original abstract)
