Abstrakty

Artykuł stanowi próbę oceny możliwości zastosowania teorii tożsamości w naukach o zarządzaniu. Rozważone zostały: paradygmaty tożsamości, definicje tożsamości oraz relacje pomiędzy tożsamością a kulturą organizacyjną. W drugiej części poddano analizie najbardziej rozpowszechniony w dyskursie organizacyjnym model tożsamości organizacyjnej oraz opisano możliwości jego aplikacji do zarządzania.(abstrakt oryginalny)
