Abstrakty

Innowacyjność małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP) stosunkowo od niedawna jest podmiotem zainteresowania przedstawicieli sfery polityki, nauki i biznesu. Jeśli dyskusyjny jest problem, czy są mniej czy bardziej innowacyjne niż duże przedsiębiorstwa, to zdaje się nie ulegać kwestii, że są pod tym względem bardziej efektywne. Najważniejszymi barierami ich działalności innowacyjnej są ograniczone zasoby finansowe i kadrowe. Dlatego niezbędne jest wsparcie ich środkami polityki międzynarodowej, krajowej i regionalnej. Można oczekiwać dalszego wzrostu ich znaczenia pod względem innowacyjności, na co bardzo silny wpływ wywierać będzie postęp procesów globalizacyjnych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Innovative activity of small and medium enterprises has been an object of interest of politicians, businessmen and scientists since recently. It is a debatable problem whether they are more or less innovative then large companies. It seems that they are more effective in this field. The most important barriers of their innovative activity are lack of finance and personnel. For this reason they should be supported by the authorities and institutions with political and economic means. (original abstract)
