Organizational Improvisation and Organization Effectiveness : Multidimensional Approach
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty

All paper consists of four parts. An integrative definition of its construct is presented together with a new way of measuring this phenomenon in organizational settings. Then we present based on literature that environmental turbulence, experimental culture, memory, minimal structure and leadership moderate improvisation`s impact on organizational effectiveness.
