Key Assumptions and Premises of Strategic Management Model in the Polish Third Sector
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Artykuł ukazuje podstawowe założenia i przesłanki do budowy modelu zarządzania strategicznego w trzecim sektorze. Zaprezentowana analiza światowej literatury dowodzi, iż powszechnie uznawaną, odpowiednią dla organizacji non profit szkołą zarządzania strategicznego jest szkoła zasobów i kompetencji. Z tezą tą podjęto polemikę, w wyniku której przedstawiono założenie, hipotezę i przesłanki nowego modelu zarządzania powstałe z analizy postulatów różnych szkół zarządzania strategicznego dotychczas funkcjonujących w sektorze komercyjnym. The paper presents key assumptions and premises of building strategic management model in the Third Sector. A review of international literature reveals that the resource-based and competence-driven view of strategic management appears to be the most widely accepted and relevant to non-profit organisations. This paper discusses this view and presents an assumption, a hypothesis and a number of proposed premises of a new management model based on the analysis of existing commercial strategic management concepts.
