Powielarne zintegorawne systemy informatyczne (PZSI) klasy ERP stanowią specyficzne rozwiązanie informatyczne, ponieważ zawierają zestaw standardowych funkcji pozwalających na kompleksowe wsparcie podstawowych procesów gospodarczych zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwach. Ich dostosowanie do potrzeb danego przedsiębiorstwa wymaga przeprowadzenia procesu wdrożenia. Wskazana specyfika powielarnych zintegrowanych pakietów ERP wpływa na konkretną strukturę rynku, za pośrednictwem którego rozwiązania tego typu są dostarczane odbiorcom. Z tego punktu widzenia zasadne wydaje się zaproponowanie modelu tego rynku oraz jego szczegółowa charakterystyka, co jest celem niniejszego artykułu.(abstrakt oryginalny)

ERP Package Systems represent a specific solution, because they contain a set of standard functions, allowing for comprehensive support of basic economic processes taking place in enterprises. Nevertheless, their adaptation to the specifics of an enterprise requires a configuration process or a modification of variable parameters of software. The proper conduct of this process is primarily determined by the identification of the business processes taking place in a company and their restructuring in terms of how to apply software in the best way. These activities are linked together with training users in the process of implementation. Discussed above specifics of ERP packages affect the particular structure of the market, through which this type of solutions is delivered to customers. Often we deal on this market with the manufacturer of software and implementation services companies which adapt the system to the individual needs of the customer. It should also be noted that ERP package solutions operate in the market in two forms. First of all, as products offered on the market, and on the other hand, as solutions, which have been implemented in specific companies. From this point of view, it is important to pay attention to ERP package systems market which has a specific structure. In the article the author proposes the model of this market and characterizes it.(original abstract)
