Abstrakty
Laboratorium ERP Politechniki Warszawskiej jest wyposażone w 16 stanowisk roboczych połączonych w sieć lokalną z dostępem do sieci ogólnouczelnianej. Dodatkowo zainstalowany ekran i kamera wyświetlacza pozwala na elastyczną realizację dwóch głównych celów funkcjonowania laboratorium, tj. szkolenia aktywizującymi i innowacyjnymi metodami oraz testowania innowacyjnych rozwiązań w obszarze metod i koncepcji zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Innovation generating in ERP Laboratory is presented in two areas: 1. Training according to UML method - Unified Modeling Language, personalization and knowledge management. 2. Innovation Management for aiding of the R&D processes by testing possibilities of the new solutions. Analysis possibility of the innovation changes as a pattern for enterprises evolution. It is taking into account Intelligent Manufacturing Systems IMS, Virtual Enterprises VE, and Flexible Manufacturing Systems FMS. Analysis also contains the following integrated systems i.e. Total Quality Management TQM, Service Management ITIL/ITSM and mutually integrated discrete and process production. Also is described "Minimalist Requirements Strategy". (original abstract)
