Abstrakty
Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja roli zaufania w relacjach międzyorganizacyjnych na podstawie badań prowadzonych przez kolejnych badaczy. Podjęty problem wpisuje się zatem w cykl badań nad determinantami relacyjnej przewagi konkurencyjnej. W opracowaniu przedstawiono zaufanie jako mechanizm koordynacji w rozwoju współdziałania i efektywności relacji. Zaufanie stanowi substytut bardziej sformalizowanych mechanizmów koordynacji lub wyłączną formę koordynowania.

The aim of the paper is to identify the role of trust in interorganizational relationships based on the research conducted by subsequent researchers. The subject taken into consideration is part of a series of studies on the determinants of inter-organizational competitive advantage. The paper presents trust as a governance mechanism in the development of cooperation and relationship efficiency. Trust is a substitute for more formal governance mechanisms or an exclusive form of governance.(original abstract)
