Abstrakty
Artykuł prezentuje koncepcyjny model strategicznych napięć rozwojowych. Analiza została dokonana w odniesieniu do innych, znanych z literatury modeli rozwoju organizacji. Szczególnemu opisowi poddano operacjonalizację modelu strategicznych napięć rozwojowych z naciskiem na wymiary: organizacyjna kultura, zarządzanie informacją i organizacyjny rozwój. Przedstawiono implikacje i zarysowano przyszłe kierunki badań.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The paper presents a model of strategic growth tensions with its comparison to other selected growth models from the process perspective. The detailed results of model's operationalisations are discussed with special focus on three dimensions: organizational culture, information's management and organization's growth. Model implications for managers and future research directions are discussed as well.(original abstract)
