Artykuł zawiera analizę literatury z zakresu procesowego podejścia do zarządzania wiedzą. Autor podzielił proces nabywania wiedzy na trzy poziomy. Poziom pierwszy związany jest z definicją wiedzy jako zjawiska. Poziom drugi dotyczy zasad zarządzania wiedzą. Poziom trzeci wiąże się z budową systemu zarządzania wiedzą.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article contains the analysis of literature on process approach to knowledge management. The author has divided a process of knowledge acquiring into three levels. The first level is connected with knowledge definition. The second level concerns knowledge management building. The third level is about building system of knowledge management.(original abstract)
