Abstrakty

Prywatne prawa własności ziemi w państwach postsocjalistycznych zostały odtworzone w latach 90. XX w., niemniej proces kształtowania struktur agrarnych ma nadal intensywny charakter. Generalnym skutkiem działań prywatyzacyjnych było stworzenie dualnych struktur agrarnych w postaci bardzo dużych i bardzo małych gospodarstw rolnych. Małe gospodarstwa mają głównie charakter samozaopatrzeniowy i zazwyczaj mamy w nich do czynienia z pełną formą własności. Duże gospodarstwa mają znaczny potencjał konkurencyjny, a ich cechą charakterystyczną jest znaczny udział dzierżawy gruntów w strukturze władania. Dzierżawa stała się w krajach postsocjalistycznych podstawowym mechanizmem zagospodarowania ziemi. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Land property, in European postsocialist countries, was rebuilt in the beginning of the 90's of XX c. Now the agriculture in this region had different characteristics. The examination of the data of land use and property structure, suggests that there are different elements of ownership structures. The property structure and land use structure are characterized by dichotomy of the large and small-size farms. Small farms are utilized mainly by owners but in the large farms the role of land rent is very strong. Leasing became the basic mechanism of bringing into cultivation arable lands in postsocialist countries. We must state that large number of agricultural land owners are interested in land lease withdrawing completely from farming. The arable structures wait farther process of changes and the greatest dynamics should be expected on the land market. (original abstract)
