Abstrakty

Artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie perspektyw rozwoju systemów Business Intelligence z uwzględnieniem takich wybranych koncepcji, jak systemy BI czasu rzeczywistego, BI oparte na zrównoważonej karcie wyników, automatyzacja decyzji, integracja BI ze sztuczną inteligencją. Przedstawia on istotę systemów BI, charakteryzuje ich konstrukcję, opisując główne komponenty systemu, jak hurtownia danych, portal korporacyjny, OLAP, pulpit menedżerski oraz aktualne obszary zastosowań systemów BI w CRM, finansach i logistyce.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to present development prospects of Business Intelligence systems, including such selected concepts as Real Time BI, BI based onto Balanced Scorecard, automated decisions, integration of BI and Artificial Intelligence etc. It presents the notion of Business Intelligence systems, briefly characterizes its construction describing main components like data warehouse, corporate portal, On-line Analytical Processing, Corporate Dashboard and current areas of BI applications in Customer Relationship Management, Finances and Logistics.(original abstract)
