Abstrakty

Artykuł ma na celu prezentację wyników badań przeprowadzonych przez autora w zakresie wybranych problemów budowy polskich regionalnych strategii innowacji (RSI ) oraz zagranicznych wzorców ich rozwiązywania. Autor omawia problemy dotyczące prac diagnostycznych, konstrukcji celów RSI, a także jej procedury wdrożeniowej. Wykorzystane przykłady pochodzą z RSI regionów Austrii, Bułgarii, Cypru, Litwy, Słowacji i Wielkiej Brytanii. Całość kończą wskazówki dotyczące doskonalenia procesów tworzenia RSI.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents the results of research conducted in the range of selected problems of building Polish regional innovation strategies (RSI) and foreign patterns of solving them. The author discusses the problems concerning diagnostic research, the construction of RSI goals and its strategy implementation. The examples he uses come from the RSI regions of Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovakia and Great Britain. At the end of the article the author presents some recommendations for Polish regional RSI partners. (original abstract)
