Abstrakty

Problematyka poruszająca relację planowania w małych przedsiębiorstwach do wyników przez nie osiąganych doczekała się wielu badań, których wyniki są niejednoznaczne. Niejednoznaczność ta w dużym stopniu jest spowodowana wykorzystywaniem różnych miar tych zależności. Przeprowadzone na Pomorzu badania panelowe wskazały jednoznacznie na brak związków między planowaniem a wynikiem funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa mierzonego wzrostem zatrudnienia. Relationship between planning in small enterprises is widely described in the literature, however the results of the researches conducted in last 30 years are inconclusive. Their ambiguity is largely a result of the different measurements used by researchers. Conducted in Pomerania region clearly indicated a lack of links between planning and operation of the enterprise. (original abstract)
