Artykuł przedstawia analizę procesu inwestycyjnego funduszy venture capital oraz uzyskiwanych wyników inwestycyjnych. Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka zmieniających się trendów w zachowaniu się stóp zwrotu w sektorze funduszy venture capital oraz private equity w okresie 1998-2012, który obejmuje ich pełny cykl inwestycyjny. Analiza obejmuje rynki Polski, USA oraz UE. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper presents an analysis of the investment process of venture capital investment and results. Aim of this paper is to characterize the changing trends in the behavior of returns in the venture capital and private equity in the period 1998-2012, which includes the full investment cycle. The analysis covers the Polish markets, the U.S. and the EU. (original abstract)
