Przedstawiono problemy i potencjalne możliwości rozwoju sektora rolnictwa w Afryce.

The restrictions of African agricultural production are possible to overcome. The future prospects are favorable. A special role is there social and economic policy. To exploit the potential created by the means, is a need for political stability, economy and social and economic rights applicable conducive to private investors. The actions taken must support an agricultural producers, and a good policy for rural development. The most important factor in the development is an agricultural research and education. There is urgent need to improve the level of agricultural sciences. In the distant future you will need to develop effective programs, research and teaching in the ASS. (original abstract)
