Abstrakty

Celem opracowania było zbadanie zależności pomiędzy rentownością a koniunkturą polskich przedsiębiorstw. Obliczono zatem cykliczne składowe wskaźników rentowności aktywów dla różnych rodzajów działalności gospodarczej oraz dla przyjętych miar koniunktury (wskaźniki koniunktury GUS dla produkcji oraz kwartalne PKB). Analizę przeprowadzono za pomocą analizy spektralnej. Okazało się, że rentowność jedynie części firm była powiązana z koniunkturą. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between business cycles (measured with business cycle indicator published by the governmental Polish Statistical Bureau and GDP) and changes in profitability of assets of enterprises in Poland. For this purpose, cyclical parts of data series were calculated and analyzed using spectral analysis. It occurs that only profitability of some economic activities was interrelated with the business cycle, including: construction (weak relationship), research and development, mining (weak relationship), wholesale trade, hotels and restaurants, healthcare, production of electrical appliances, wood production, metallurgy, leather production, chemical industry, production of paper, waste removal and utilization, textiles production, rental of heavy equipment and machines, production of coke.
