Abstrakty
One of the most important problem in current revolutionary development not only in our economics but also whole Czech society is issue of people and their participation on changes in organisations. As organisations in another countries also our managers have to overcome fundamental problems how to reach positive changes in organisation with maximum utilisation of its people. This article suggests only few ideas that deserve to think about. (fragment of text)
