Abstrakty

Zasadniczym celem artykułu jest uporządkowanie typologii dóbr określanych mianem dóbr wspólnych. Pojęcie dóbr wspólnych, chociaż znajduje się w obiegu od dłuższego czasu i doczekało się wielu badań, do tej pory nie jest jednoznaczne interpretowane. Badacze wolą zagłębiać się w mechanizmy funkcjonowania konkretnych dóbr wspólnych, aniżeli szukać wspólnych podstaw definicyjnych dla opisanych w literaturze dóbr wspólnych. W artykule zostały przedstawione koncepcje dóbr wspólnych, zaproponowane przez różnych autorów, oraz uporządkowaniu zostały poddane rodzaje dóbr wspólnych opisanych w literaturze. Ponadto przeprowadzona analiza zjawiska umiejscawia dobra wspólne w klasycznym podziale dóbr, daje wgląd w kryteria dodatkowe, zawężające pojęcie dobra wspólnego, tworzy podstawy do stworzenia dynamicznej definicji dobra wspólnego, w zależności od stopnia nasycenia dobra cechami uznanymi za kluczowe dla pojęcia. The basic aim of the article is to systemise the typology of common goods. The concept of common goods, although in use for a long time and researched into a number of times, is not interpreted unequivocally. Researchers prefer analysing the mechanisms of particular common goods to looking for common basis for defining common goods described in literature. Moreover, the conducted analysis of the phenomenon places common goods in the classic goods classification, gives an insight into additional criteria narrowing the concept of the common good, and creates the basis for formulating a dynamic definition of the common good according to the level of the good saturation with features thought to be the key ones for the concept.
