Abstrakty

Niniejsze opracowanie prezentuje rozwój społecznego budownictwa mieszkaniowego z punktu widzenia szkoły konwergencyjnej. Przegląd literatury światowej z zakresu modeli społecznego budownictwa mieszkaniowego pozwolił wyróżnić dwa główne podejścia do tej kwestii - konwergencyjne i dywergencyjne. Jednym z najbardziej znaczących przedstawicieli nurtu konwergencyjnego jest M. Harloe, który, w obliczu toczącej się debaty na temat społecznego budownictwa mieszkaniowego i skuteczności w ograniczaniu luki mieszkaniowej, kładzie nacisk na politycznie wpływowy charakter reakcji krajów na długotrwałą dynamikę kapitalizmu. Stąd też w niniejszym opracowaniu postawiono następującą hipotezę badawczą: czy konwergencyjne podejście M. Harloe'a skorelowane jest z rozwojem społecznego budownictwa mieszkaniowego w Polsce, a jeśli tak, to w jakim stopniu?(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is to present the social housing development in the convergence theory. The review of literature from the last decades concerning social housing models helps us distinguish two major approaches to this issue: convergent and divergent. M. Harloe is one of the finest convergent approach representatives. In relation to ongoing debate dealing with social housing referring to the efficiency to combat housing gap, Harloe outlined an explanation of political and economic approach, emphasis on political nature of country's response to the long-term capitalism dynamic. Therefore, the following problem has been formulated as a result of a research process: does Harloe's approach correlate with the social housing development in Poland and if so, to what extent?(original abstract)
