Abstrakty

Podjęty problem badawczy odnosi się do zagadnienia: w jaki sposób należy dokonywać szybkiej oceny prężności miejskiej w wymiarze ekonomicznym. Prężność miejska stanowi interesujący przedmiot badań, przede wszystkim ze względu na możliwość formułowania nowego podejścia diagnostycznego w analizowaniu procesów rozwoju miast, a także formułowania rekomendacji związanych z budowaniem miasta odpornego na różnego rodzaju zagrożenia pojawiające się w jego otoczeniu. Celem artykułu jest sformułowanie propozycji metodyki w zakresie oceny prężności miejskiej oraz jej weryfikacja w warunkach wybranych miast polskich. Jego realizacja zakłada wykorzystanie - w warstwie założeń teoretycznych - uniwersalnych atrybutów systemu prężnego i wrażliwego jako wymiarów składających się na kompleksowy system miejski. Proponowana dekompozycja atrybutów prężności i wrażliwości stanowi, w ostatecznej kolejności, podstawę identyfikacji i weryfikacji statystycznej mierników ewaluacyjnych wraz z towarzyszącymi im danymi jakościowymi(abstrakt oryginalny)

The research problem refers to the question: how to make a rapid assessment of urban resilience in economic terms. The urban resilience concept is an interesting subject of study mainly because of the possibility of formulating a new approach in analyzing the diagnostic processes of urban development. It also allows for the formulation of recommendations related to the building of the resistant city to various types of risks arising in its environment. The aim of this paper is to formulate proposals for the methodology for the evaluation of urban resilience and its verification in terms of selected Polish cities. Its implementation involves the use - in a layer of theoretical assumptions - universal attributes of resilient and vulnerable system, as the dimensions that make up a complex urban system. The proposed decomposition of resilience and vulnerability attributes forms, in the final order, the basis for the identification and statistical verification of evaluation measures accompanied by qualitative data(original abstract)
