Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań w zakresie pozytywnych zachowań organizacyjnych w firmach wysokiej efektywności. Zakorzeniony jest w nurtach pozytywnej nauki o organizacji (POS) oraz organizacji wysokiej efektywności (HPO). Badania przeprowadzono na małej grupie gazel - szybko rozwijających się małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, z wykorzystaniem analizy obwodowej danych (DEA). Wyniki badań wskazują na różny poziom pozytywnych zachowań organizacyjnych wśród firm wysokiej efektywności. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper presents the research results concerning positive organizational behaviours in high performing organizations. It is rooted in the notions of positive organizational scholarship (POS) and high performance organization (HPO). The research is conducted on small sample of gazelles - fast growing SMEs, with the use of data envelopment analysis. The results show various levels of positive organizational behaviours among high performing ventures. (original abstract)
