Abstrakty

W artykule zostały przedstawione problemy ekonomiczne i organizacyjne związane z funkcjonowaniem kompleksów przemysłowych pod nadzorem ministerstwa w NRD.

In the article there have been presented economic and organizational problems pertaining to the functioning of industrial complexes under the supervision of ministries in the G.D.R.. In particular the authors nave discussed the main lines of the activity leading to the improvement of the management process of these large industrial organizations. There has also been presented a method of a comparative estimation of various complexes' performance making use of the criteria on the basis of which the effectiveness of the conducted by them production activity is determinde. In the final part of the article there has been presented in brief an outline of problems pertaining to the establishment of locally supervised industrial complexes as well as in other sectors of the economy.(original abstract)
