Artykuł podejmuje problematykę zaangażowania różnych służb wywiadowczych w globalny handel narkotykami. Z coraz większej liczby źródeł wynika, że zaangażowanie rozmaitych tajnych służb w światowy handel narkotykowy jest znacznie większy, niż dotychczas sądzono. Autor opisuje wybrane przypadki, które przemawiają za tą tezą. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This article raises the issue of different intelligence services' involvement in global illegal drug trafficking. A growing number of sources and whistleblowers reveal that this involvement of various secret services in the global drug trade is much bigger than previously thought. The author describes the selected cases that support this thesis. (original abstract)
