Abstrakty
Dynamiczny rozwój różnego rodzaju formacji rynkowych skupiających współpracujące, ale niezależne podmioty sprawia, że coraz większego znaczenia nabiera międzyorganizacyjna rachunkowość zarządcza. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie charakterystyk tego relatywnie nowego obszaru badawczego, prezentacja jego zakresu oraz wykazanie jego specyfiki. Rozważania teoretyczne zostały uzupełnione wynikami studium przypadku wykorzystania informacji zarządczej w jednej z polskich grup zakupowych. Przeprowadzone badania były skierowane na weryfikację i rozszerzenie zakresu listy różnic między systemami rachunkowości zarządczej jednego i wielu podmiotów.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Due to dynamic development of business networks worldwide the phenomenon of interorganizational management accounting is attracting increasing attention. The aim of the paper is to present the main characteristics and scope of this relatively new research area, namely interorganizational management accounting. The focus is on those features that make this kind of practices different from traditional accounting information systems developed for the management needs of one organization. Theoretical discussion is complemented by the results of a case study conducted in one of Polish purchasing groups.(original abstract)
