Abstrakty

Realizacja założeń sprawiedliwości społecznej jest zadeklarowanym celem SGR i przedmiotem rozważań teoretycznych pierwszej części opracowania. Druga część ma na celu zweryfikowanie jego realizacji w ostatniej dekadzie na wybranych przykładach. W tej części, będącej zarazem analizą danych empirycznych, przedstawiono m.in. wysokość redystrybucji środków publicznych oraz jej wpływ na zmniejszenie się - o ile takie wystąpiło - rozwarstwienia dochodowego. Analiza koncentruje się w szczególności na sytuacji w Niemczech, odnosi się jednak także, w celu dokonania porównań, do sytuacji w Polsce. W podsumowaniu zawarto wnioski wynikające z analizy i wskazano sprzeczności wynikające z założeń społecznej gospodarki rynkowej na drodze ku realizacji sprawiedliwości społecznej.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Implementation of the assumptions of social justice is a publicly declared objective of the SME and the object of theoretical deliberations in the first part of the paper. The objective of the second part is verifying its implementation in the last decade on the grounds of selected case studies. In this part, which is at the same time an analysis of empirical data, the authoress presents, inter alia, redistribution of public resources and its effect on the reduction - if there has been one - of the stratification of income. The analysis is focused particularly on the situation in Germany and refers also, in order to make comparisons, to the situation in Poland. The summary includes conclusions resulting from the analysis and conflicts of interest resulting from the assumptions of social market economy on the way to implementation of social justice.(original abstract)
