W artykule podjęto problem badawczy współzależności między implementacją działania 8.1 "Wspieranie działalności gospodarczej w dziedzinie gospodarki elektronicznej" Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka a stopniem rozwoju e-biznesu, mierzonym miejscem Polski w odpowiednich składowych rankingu Net-worked Readiness Index. Wyniki badań obejmujących lata 2010-2013 wskazują, iż, generalizując, istnieje ujemna korelacja między analizowanym programem a pozycją Polski w przekroju wybranego miernika rankingu Networked Readiness Index. The paper is taking the research problem of the interdependence between the implementation of measure 8.1 "Supporting the business activity in the field of the electronic economy" of Operational Programme Innovative Economy and the degree of the development of e-business, measured with the place of Poland in Networked Readiness Index ranking. Results of the study, covering the years 2009-2013 suggests that broadly speaking there is a negative correlation between the analyzed program and the position of the Poland in terms of appropriate indicator of the Networked Readiness Index ranking.
