Modern European societies, despite the high level of development, are still facing a number of problems. Although the conditions for life are better than ever, still not all the basic needs, in particular those intangible, are ensured. In my article I made an analysis of social exclusion phenomenon across Europe with brief description of action done generally within EU's structure (part 1), among which I had put special attention to the problem of financial exclusion and sexual bias exclusion with a detailed analysis of selected organizations described in part 2 and 3 in this article. I had chosen those subjects due to my involvement in LPP NetAware Intensive Programme 2012-2014 which main goal was to identify and develop solutions for elimination, of mentioned before, exclusions. At first it was essential to identify needs related with that issue - the reason that showed how complex social exclusion may influence society and every citizen's perception. Strong need of belonging - when unsatisfied usually lead to disharmony in other aspects of our everyday life and is a general obstacle for every community to develop. Blurred borders of social exclusion hamper the identification and measurement. This task is strongly depend on our approach and subjective criteria we assume and if we treat social exclusion like a constantly changing process - the result will definitely will not be binary, but rather consist of many shades on different levels.
