Abstrakty

W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane zagadnienia związane z wykorzystaniem technologii w zarządzaniu jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego. W szczególności wskazano na nowe rozwiązania w obszarze komunikacji z najważniejszymi klientami w otoczeniu samorządów (mieszkańcami i turystami), promowania jednostek oraz usprawniania ich funkcjonowania. In the paper there were presented chosen aspects related to the implementation of new technology in territorial self-government units management process. Some examples of innovative solutions applied by cities for better communication with the most important clients (inhabitants and tourists), as well as for promotion and improvement of cities functioning were described.
