The purpose of this paper is to analyse the risk factors in implementation projects of Enterprise Systems from the perspective of consultants. Unlike most of the present research, which assumes the "general" perspective of top management and project management, in this study, the project was analysed "from the inside", showing the operational perspective of the people actually doing the project. This research was based on the responses from fourteen Enterprise Systems consultants, representing 174 projects in Europe and USA. These responses were coded using a list of risk factors derived from the existing literature to enable comparisons with previous research. Although the high-level risks identified by the consultants are consistent with previous findings, this in-depth analysis showed new facts on risks related to project budgeting and scheduling, communication problems among the consultants, and project manager's role in mitigating the risks. Celem badania, zaprezentowanego w niniejszym artykule jest analiza czynników ryzyka, występujących w projektach wdrożeniowych systemów informatycznych zarządzania z perspektywy konsultantów, prowadzących to wdrożenie.
