Abstrakty
Analiza relacji pomiędzy uczestnikami łańcucha dostaw dokonana została na podstawie teorii kosztów transakcyjnych i w kontekście stosowania niekompletnych kontraktów.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article relates to the subject of transaction cost theory as the dominant theory explaining the formation of inter-organizational relationships. The popularity of the theory is based on the argument that traditional management accounting systems are inadequate for measuring transaction costs, and thus are not able to fully capture the total cost of such relationships in the supply chain. The purpose of this article is to review research on the management control mechanisms in the supply chain in terms of transaction costs The analysis of the relationship between the participants in the supply chain are made on the basis of the theory of transaction costs, and in the context of the use of incomplete contracts.(original abstract)
