The Essence and Function of Steering the Process of Production in Machine Building Industry

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono proces i podsystem sterowania przebiegiem produkcji według operacji w przemyśle budowy maszyn. W pierwszej części omówiono stopień skomplikowania procesu produkcyjnego budowy maszyn oraz złożoność wyrobów finalnych jako przedmiotów produkcji. Na tym tle scharakteryzowano podstawowe elementy procesu produkcyjnego jako obiektu sterowania oraz określono główne zadania procesu sterowania przebiegłam produkcji według operacji. W dalszej części autor omawia istotę i funkcję sterowania przebiegiem produkcji według operacji. Określa podstawowe kryteria ekonomiki produkcji oraz warunki ograniczające, jakie muszą być spełnione w procesie sterowania. Zdaniem autora, jednym z zasadniczym problemów sterowania przebiegiem produkcji według operacji jest uporządkowanie kolejki operacji do stanowisk roboczych. W końcowej części autor przedstawił miejsce podsystemu sterowania przebiegiem produkcji według operacji w systemie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na podstawowe powiązania informacyjne podsystemu sterowania według operacji z innymi podsystemami, w których są przygotowywane informacje oraz dla których podsystem sterowania przygotowuje określone informacje. The paper presents the process end subsystem of steering the course of reduction according to operations in machine building industry. In the first part the degree of complexity of the production process of machine building and the complexity of final products as subjects of production were described. Against this background were characterized basic elements of the process of production as the object of steering and main goals of the process of steering of the course of production according to operation were determined. In the subsequent part the author describes the essence and function of steering the process of production according to operation. He defines the basic criteria of the economics of production and the limiting conditions, which have to be fulfilled during the process of steering. In the author's opinion, one of the crucial problems of steering the process of production according to operation is the ordering of the sequence of operations to the working stand. In the final part of the paper the author presented the place of subsystem of steering the process of production according to operations in the system of running an enterprise. Special attention was paid to the basic information connections of the subsystem of steering according to operations with other subsystems, in which information is prepared and for which the subsystem of steering prepares certain information.
