The article deals with the new moments resulting from the changes experienced in the socio-political and economic system of Slovakia and their influence exerted on human factors especially in the process of control and decision-making. Emphasis is placed on the effects of the new conditions on the situation within the armed forces, in the light of the facts experienced in Air traffic control, in particular.(original abstract)
