In this subject is shown educations problems For small and middle Firms (enterprises) managers, according to custom, skill and competence requires, which cannot be reached be reached by traditional teaching forms. Emphasis is put on out-of-school education using practical training and appointment students to enterprise practice during their studies, and alternative using postgradually forms of adults education. Is refer to necessity participation of school institutes with enterprisse practice and possibility of students mobility using ECTS system supply by acreditation methods of forming require customs and competence. It is possible admit this way acquire certifications, according to National Information Centre ( or similar institution) acreditations evidence. This way of training in psychoniotoric field education aims demand change of organization forms of studies and realization new modulary type teaching conceptions (master learning system).
