Abstrakty
Stanowi to barierę utrudniającą rozpoczęcie partnerskiej współpracy między nabywcami i oferentami, stawiając przed nimi wyzwanie w postaci konieczności zmniejszenia zidentyfikowanej luki relacyjnej. Można to osiągnąć poprzez skuteczne zarządzanie marketingowym potencjałem nabywców. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In the article the problems related to a marketing role played by a modern customer were presented. The special attention was paid to the customers' expectations in this scope. On the base of the results of the field empirical researches one can state that these expectations are not satisfied by offerers (including producers and retailers). This situation becomes worse, especially in the case of producers. Only 3% of respondents felt as partners for producers and 5 times more share of them felt as petitioners. It's very important barrier in the process of starting the partnership cooperation between customers and offerers which creates the big relation gap. This gap may be decreased by effective customers' marketing potential management. (original abstract)
